I worked with this client three times before on furnishings in a previous company. This time they enlisted me to help design a home away from home for their family and guests. Some of our biggest challenges were coming up with creative solutions to the functionality of the home. We added and enlarged windows to bring in light and expand the views, we space planned an ensuite bathroom from an existing shared bathroom, created ensuite bathroom from storage space, doubled the kitchen by stacking the staircases, expanded the primary suite and enhanced the relaxation and vacation vibes with a spa-like bath featuring dual showers, just steps from a new patio and sunken hot tub.
