A developer approached Elle J Design to design four homes (two-duplexes) on the same lot in the hopes of selling the homes for profit. Each of these homes is around 5,000 SF with 4-6 bedrooms and 4-6 bathrooms they call their own. In all the homes we focused on a mountain-modern style, cool, but warm tones and always had in mind appealing to the public. Even though they all had a similar concept, each home has its own curated design. 1712-3 incorporated hot rolled metal accents, black and satin nickel fixtures throughout with a touch of champagne brass in most highlighted areas. This house, as well as another of these spec homes have already been on the market and off before the build has completed.
